Artificial satellites, which are objects intentionally placed in orbit, function like sky-based cell towers transmitting data from one location on Earth to another.

A Web version of an application that helps officials create, assign, and manage tasks that include written information and a graphic map tool that helps to highlight spots, routes, and areas in a map.
App
A mobile version of the map made especially for field inspectors and onsite professionals that need to perform tasks using written and geospace information, and repo when finished.
