Tecpetrol is one of the pioneering companies in Argentina dedicated to the exploration, extraction and distribution of hydrocarbons, and to the generation of electrical energy.

Problem to solve

Being a company that relies on technology to become more efficient, Tecpetrol commissioned Patagonian to create a solution aimed at more effective management of its Human Resources. The company requested accelerated development due to the urgency with which they required the working solution.

About the project

Patagonian, in close collaboration with the client, used agile methodologies to work in an integrated manner. The concept and visual design of the product were defined, and style guides were provided that establish the usability practices and aesthetics of the application. The mobile app is natively developed on Android and includes a web admin panel and a REST API back-end.

Create an innovative, efficient, scalable and fast-implementation Human Resources management solution.

Result

We develop a customized solution, leading the process from conception to implementation. Our collaboration improved operations by enabling efficient data standardization, reporting, and resource management. We provide push notifications, substance reports and geolocation in real time, promoting the digitization of the company.
