Tech Support Engineer (Bogotá)
We are looking for a Tech support engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Somebody who has ability to support tech support, INTERNAL customer not being able to log in, document when trade is not showing in UI, this person should be able to look through systems, look at database and troubleshoot what is occuring and correct that issue. escalate that to level 3 support. I
-Internal customer facing: PMs, Operations team.
Requirements:
-We are looking for individuals who have experience with Ruby, have been in QA, that can understand code.
-Don´t need to write code, but be able to look and understand. so that they can better troubleshoot.
-QA experience ideally.
